More Than Blank Pages
There is something satisfying about opening a new notebook. Before the first word is written, every page holds possibility. It could become a journal, a sketchbook, a planner, a collection of recipes, or simply a place to capture thoughts that might otherwise be forgotten.
When I first began designing notebooks, my focus was mainly on creating something attractive. Over time, that changed. I realised I wanted to create notebooks that were not only beautiful to look at but also enjoyable to use. Each new design became an opportunity to experiment with colour, composition, and different ways to encourage creativity without distracting the person using it.
As I continued designing notebooks, one idea often led to another. Today, there are seven, each reflecting my interest in colour, nature, and creating inviting spaces for writing.
A Collection Inspired by Beauty and Simplicity
Although each notebook has a different theme, they all began with the same idea that the pages themselves should feel inviting. Some are inspired by botanical illustrations, others by watercolour paintings or paper art, but every design aims to create a calm and enjoyable writing experience.
Some notebooks include lined pages for everyday writing, while others leave the pages completely open for sketching, journaling, or creative projects. Rather than creating one notebook for everyone, I wanted to create a collection that offers different styles for different ways of thinking.
The Notebook Collection
Lavender Bloom
Inspired by soft lavender blossoms and delicate botanical artwork, Lavender Bloom offers unlined pages that give complete freedom to write, sketch, brainstorm, or simply enjoy putting pen to paper.
Quiet Pages
Designed with one hundred unique watercolour backgrounds, Quiet Pages combines gentle colours with open space, creating an inviting journal for writing, drawing, reflection, and creativity.
Colours Within
This hardcover journal celebrates subtle watercolour transitions in calming shades of gold, blue, green, pink, purple, and soft neutrals. Lined pages provide a peaceful space for journaling, planning, note-taking, and everyday writing.
Golden Petals
Inspired by sunflowers and vintage botanical illustrations, Golden Petals combines warm parchment tones with unlined pages, making it well-suited for writing, sketching, memory-keeping, and creative exploration.
Whispers of Wishes
Featuring delicate dandelion artwork and soft pastel colours, Whispers of Wishes is designed for quiet reflection. Its lined pages make it suitable for journaling, gratitude, planning, recipes, prayer, or recording everyday thoughts.
White Floral Paper Art Notebook
With its elegant monochromatic paper-art cover, this notebook embraces simplicity. The lightly lined pages offer a clean, uncluttered space for notes, journaling, study, work, or personal reflection.
Bright Colourful Paper Art Notebook
For those who enjoy bold colour, this notebook features a vibrant layered paper-art design that brings energy and creativity to everyday writing, whether for school, work, planning, or creative projects.
Designing with the Writer in Mind
One lesson I’ve learned while creating these notebooks is that beautiful stationery should never compete with the person using it. The artwork should inspire without becoming distracting. The pages should feel welcoming rather than overwhelming. Most importantly, the notebook should become whatever its owner needs it to be.
Some people will fill every page with words. Others will sketch, plan, dream, or collect ideas. However they choose to use them, I hope these notebooks become more than blank pages. I hope they become small spaces where creativity, reflection, and everyday moments find a home.
